Activities Needed

  1. Set 10 appointments from the Follow Up Boss pond.

  2. Meet with and present to at least six buyers.

  3. Shadow a minimum of six showings.

  4. Demonstrate proficiency in the ALM, LPMAM, DICC, and buyer’s presentation for the sales manager.

  5. Attend Zoom Training every other Friday at 11am.

Actions Needed

  1. Record yourself roleplaying the script and send to Enrique or Jason for review.

  2. Practice the Listing Presentation and book a time to present to Enrique or Jason.

Once you have watched all trainings, understanding the ins/outs, and have been signed off by Enrique or Jason, you will now be Seller Certified and eligible for team seller leads and referrals.
